Norma Jeane was always beautiful.
Sometimes I need to re-read things in order to understand and appreciate them properly. The first time I read this book—a fictional piece about Marilyn Monroe’s life, from birth to death—I didn’t enjoy it as much as I wanted to. And it’s disappointing to go through a 738 (!) page book and not love it. But this time around I’m getting a better reading experience out of it. Yeah, I’m a word nerd and that’s what’s up.
